Motivated by one desire, helping people, Denise dominates real estate in the digital era, as evidenced by her thriving presence online. An expert marketer with 12.5K subscribers on YouTube, 48.5K on Facebook, and 89.5K Instagram followers, she sells many of her clients’ homes via social media. However, she’s just as present in person, guiding people through each step of the process and ensuring the smoothest transaction possible. Denise grew up in Brazil, graduated from the Franca Law School, and spent five years practicing law in her native country. In addition to her work in the legal field, Denise has held a variety of sales positions. Her introduction to real estate came when she purchased her first home in the United States. She had a wonderful experience and knew that, given her legal expertise and sales acumen, she could offer clients even more outstanding service and support throughout their real estate journeys. 

 

Denise understands the unique challenges that come with buying or selling real estate in Central Florida, especially for those who are relocating here. That’s why she takes special care to ensure people feel at ease and uses all of the technology at her disposal to connect and communicate with clients, including sending them drone videos of communities, creating virtual tours, and leading private video tours. Tenacious, persistent, and straightforward, Denise’s goal is to help people make smart investments. She knows all the up-and-coming neighborhoods, and her advice has helped some of her clients double their money. Of course, that doesn’t always happen, but Denise always maximizes her clients’ returns on investment.

 

Even now, as a seasoned professional, Denise continues to prioritize learning and enjoys keeping on top of industry changes. To that end, she maintains memberships in the OrlandoRegional Realtor® Association and the National Association of Realtors®. For her, it’s all about making sure her clients succeed. 

 

When Denise isn’t helping clients, she loves spending time with her family. She is also passionate about volunteering with organizations dedicated to helping immigrant women escape domestic violence and supporting Food for the Hungry, a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to ending human poverty through purposeful relief and development.
