You will have very low traffic by your house here, three lots from the cul-de-sac. The lot backs up to the golf course where some mature trees provide some privacy. The lot was recently cleared to the standards of the HOA so you can see the elevation throughout. Both X and 8AE flood zones are on the property, but one spot elevation is over 11 feet. Talk with your builder about the added value of a lot with this elevation to find out how much you will save by needing less fill or stem wall. Rotonda West is a deed restricted community featuring an architectural review process and community appearance standards that are well enforced. There are many golf courses, a large park with walking trails, a community building, and even a county park in the center. The greater area boasts miles of sandy beaches, world class fishing, and a lower population density than our neighbors to the north and south.
