$2,500/year

Imagine coming home to Bellalago as the sun glows across the water. You turn into the paver driveway, pull into your two-car garage, and catch sight of the new Spanish Mediterranean tile roof above your four-bedroom, three-bath home. Inside, stainless steel appliances and an included washer and dryer make settling in easy. Out back, your fenced yard opens to a water view—a peaceful place to start the morning or unwind after work. On your day off, step into the backyard, take in the view, and cast a line. Or head out to community Lake Toho to enjoy a day on the water or enter a professional bass fishing competition. Later, picture yourself relaxing beside the pool in the Florida sunshine with your favorite adult beverage while the kids splash in the water park and race down the slide. Join a yoga or fitness class, make memories at family activities and holiday celebrations, or take in the nature preserves, with cranes crossing the landscape, American bald eagles soaring overhead, and other exotic birds. Flip Flops Bar and Grille is right by the pool, and the Village Shops—with convenient shopping and restaurants—are just outside the gates. This 24-hour guard-gated community is about 30 minutes from Disney World and other popular attractions. Offered for $2,500 per month, with cable and internet included.
